Coaching is a highly personalised, forward looking approach, which is solution focused. We start with where you are now, define where you want to go, and partner together to create the steps to get you there, whether this is a change in what you are doing, shifting perspectives or enhancing confidence.

I work with individuals directly, and you can find out what my clients have to say about our work together here. I also work with organisations who are looking for employee support, as well as providing coaching through the Access to Work scheme. I work both online and in-person.

Sessions support individuals in addressing challenges, whilst identifying and ‘dialling up’ their strengths.
