What could happen… if we thought about this differently?
Coaching offers a personalised, collaborative space to explore what matters to you, develop a greater understanding of yourself and find approaches that work for you.
Whether you have ADHD, are autistic, have recently received a diagnosis or are exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent, we start with where you are now and what you would like to change or understand better.
My approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical strategies. Together, we explore challenges, recognise strengths and consider different perspectives, helping you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I work with adults and young people aged 16+, both online and in person. I also provide workplace coaching, including support through the Access to Work scheme. You can find out what my clients have to say about our work together here. Coaching is shaped around your individual experiences and priorities. Areas we might explore include:
✔️Getting to know your ADHD ✔️ Navigating work, education and everyday demands
✔️ Time optimism and management ✔️ Communication and relationships
✔️ Managing energy and overwhelm ✔️ Planning, organisation and prioritisation
✔️ Rejection sensitivity ✔️ Navigating change and transitions
✔️ Procrastination and how to get started ✔️Developing confidence and self-belief

How does coaching work?
-
We begin with an initial conversation to explore what you’re looking for, answer any questions and consider whether coaching feels right for you. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what you might like to gain from coaching and see whether we’re a good fit.
-
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you, explore where you are now and what you’d like to achieve. We’ll take time to understand how your ADHD, autism or life challenges show up for you, what this means in your everyday life and how we can shape our work together. We’ll also explore your priorities and agree on an approach that feels comfortable and right for you.
-
Each session focuses on the areas that feel most relevant or pressing to you. Together, we’ll explore challenges, consider different perspectives and develop practical approaches that work for you. Our focus is on helping you understand and move things forward.
Following each session, I’ll provide a brief summary of our discussions and any agreed actions. Where helpful, we can also arrange check-ins, messages or short support calls between sessions to help you maintain momentum and put approaches into practice.
-
Our final session is an opportunity to reflect on the progress you’ve made, recognise what you’ve learned and consider how you’d like to move forward. Together, we’ll explore how you can build on our work and develop a plan to support your future needs.

Sessions last one hour and are typically spaced two to three weeks apart, allowing time to reflect and put approaches into practice. I usually work with clients over six sessions, although coaching is flexible, and we can discuss this in our initial call. We regularly review progress and priorities to ensure it continues to meet your needs. One-off sessions are also available for specific areas of focus.
We arrange sessions at times that suit you, taking into account when you feel most comfortable and able to do your best thinking. Coaching is available online or in person in Bath, with onsite parking and easy access from Bristol and the M4.
